UffiRL•LTiLa, a <br />lei <br />Public Works Department <br />Memo <br />To: Public Works Environmental and Transportation Commission Members <br />From: Jennifer Lowry, City Engineer <br />Date: July 17, 2025 <br />Re: Communications Items <br />The following are updates to projects and other activities happening in Roseville since the last <br />commission meeting: <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />• Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) / License & Passport Centers (LPC) / Dance <br />Studio <br />o See agenda item in the packet for the July 21 Councilmeeting. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway <br />o Plans and easement acquisition nearly complete for Lexington Avenue, <br />between County Road B and TH 36, for construction in 2025. <br />• Tamarack Pathways <br />o Bids opened and brought to Council July21. <br />• HamlineAvenue <br />o Construction in 2026 of pathway from County Road C to Josephine Road in <br />design. <br />o Resurfacingfrom County Road C to County Road C2 in 2026 lead by <br />Roseville and paid for by Ramsey County. <br />o Upsizingof thewatermain from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road/Arden Hills. <br />Paid primarily by Arden Hills. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement being negotiated with property owner. <br />• Dale/Owasso Lift Station Rehab <br />o Construction complete. <br />• 2025 Sewer Cleaning& Lining <br />o Televising and cleaning complete; lining scheduled to begin mid -August. <br />• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements will be done incoordination with solar install. Bid <br />packages are likely to be released later this year. <br />• 2025 Pavement Management Project <br />o Work in mill and overlay segments is complete.
