Fmm:
Gordon Oahlen
To:
le a Freihammer
Suhwt
pomble d®ng M leaf disposal sire
Date:
Thursday, September 18, 2025 9:1108 M1
IYou donY often get email from I Pam why this oo rtan}
Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution.
I heard that the city of Roseville is considering closing the dale street leaf disposal/compost
site due to cost considerations. I wish to express my strong opposition to this plan. I use the
site each year both for leaf disposal and for obtaining compost for my garden. I believe it is an
asset to the residents of Roseville. I understand that one consideration is the fact that Ramsey
County has other sites available. Since anyone ( not just Roseville residents) can use the site,
would/should Ramsey County pay part/all of the costs to operate it?
Thank You
Gordon Dahlen
Page 107 of 175
