I drive past it every day and <br />people are there using the site. Closing it would be a huge loss to our community. The cost to <br />keep open is good use of tax payers money, including mine. <br />As for the people m the building next it who have complained, it was built and people moved <br />into it knowing it was there already. <br />About the dumping, that happens on other parts of the city too.
