Attachment 1 <br />lei <br />Public Works Department <br />Memo <br />To: Public Works Environmental and Transportation Commission Members <br />From: Jennifer Lowry, City Engineer <br />Date: September25,2025 <br />Re: Communications Items <br />The following are updates to projects and other activities happening in Roseville since the last <br />commission meeting: <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />• Maintenance Operation Center (MOC)/ License & Passport Centers/Dance Studio <br />(LPCDS) <br />o LHB has been selected as the architect for the project and contracts are <br />anticipated to go before Council on October 13. At the same meeting the <br />proposed Construction Manager at Risk (CmaR)will be before Councilwith <br />award of a contract planned for October 27. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway <br />o Pathway between County Road Band TH 36 is designed and will be bid this <br />fall for construction next year due to utility relocations. <br />• Tamarack Pathways <br />o Construction is complete. Vehicle gate will be added at Western this fall by <br />City staff. <br />• HamlineAvenue <br />o Construction in 2026 of pathway from County Road C to Josephine Road in <br />design. <br />o Resurfacingfrom County Road C to County Road C2 in 2026 lead by <br />Roseville and paid for by Ramsey County. <br />o Upsizingof thewatermain from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road/Arden Hills. <br />Paid primarily by Arden Hills. <br />o See Hamline/Clarmar update below. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement being negotiated with property owner. <br />• Wagner/Western Pathway <br />o Easement being negotiated with Ramsey County, construction anticipated <br />next year. <br />• 2025 Sewer Cleaning& Lining <br />o Liningwill be completed by October 31. <br />Page 5 of 175 <br />
