• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements will occur incoordination with solar install. Bid <br />packages are likely to be released later this year. <br />• 2025 Pavement Management Project <br />o Complete. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Signs have been received, and several locations will begin installation soon. <br />• Lighting <br />o 16 of the planned 19 new lights have been installed byXcel at City request. <br />• Bike Plan <br />o See update agenda item. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• Ramsey County <br />o HamlineAvenue/Clarmar Lane Storm Sewer <br />• Tree removal completed on September 24, and pipe work anticipated <br />to begin September 30. Hamline Avenue will be detoured via Lydia <br />Avenue and Snelling Avenue for the roughly 4-week closure. <br />o County Road D from Highcrest Road to Hwy 88 <br />• ADA upgrades and pavement work is complete. Striping to occur <br />soon. <br />o County Road C 4:3 Conversion from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road <br />and bridge over railroad <br />• Public open house was held Aug28 at the Oval from 5-7pm <br />• 4:3 lane conversion with mill and overlay scheduled for 2026. <br />• Bridge redecking or replacement received federal funding also <br />anticipated 2026. <br />• MnDOT <br />o Snelling Design fromTH 36 to Grey Fox Road <br />• In design for 2026 resurfacing and will include off -road pathwaywest <br />of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue to Old Snelling. <br />o TH 280 Design from Wabash Avenue in St. Paul to 135 W <br />• In design for 2026 resurfacing. <br />• Other <br />o G Line (Metro Transit) <br />• An online open house to review plans and ask questions of project <br />staff was held September 23 from 6-7pm. The open house was <br />recorded and available online after the open house. Public can also <br />review design plans on an interactive map and provide feedback <br />here.
