So, I’m adjusting my <br />position. The Minnesota Residential Code does NOT address excavations and protection of adjacent <br />property today because the appendix is deleted from the code. While they <br />appreciated the inclusion of this section into the MRC in 2026, they wanted to know if the City has <br />any option to adopting this language sooner.
