ATTACHMENT 2 <br />Minneapolis went through to adopt similar language into ordinance (MPLS 83.10 subp.10). If this <br />earlier adoption is not allowed, is there an appeal process? Can you also address how long it would <br />take on your end to get through a process to allow earlier adoption or to undergo an appeal?
