The shared parking lot with the VFW would be <br />reconstructed to accommodate additional parking. <br /> <br />A new Maintenance Operations Center would be constructed in two parts. The main facility south of Woodhill would consist <br />of re-using part of the existing facility and expanding the facility into the existing maintenance yard as indicated in Options <br />C.1 or C.2 in the Civic Campus Master Plan Update completed in 2025. The main garage would be remodeled and reused as <br />part of the construction.
