September 10, 2025 <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RE: 2024 Sanitary Sewer Main Lining Project <br />Contract Acceptance and Final Payment <br />Dear Council Members: <br />I have observed the work executed as a part of the 2024 Sanitary Sewer Main Lining Project 24-06. <br />I find that this contract has been fully completed in all respects according to the plans, <br />specifications, and the contract.
