26 <br />27 As a reminder, the City Manager presented different budget and levy scenarios. Below is a <br />28 summarized table of those scenarios and subsequent levy increases. <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 Staff will work on preparing detailed comparisons of the various City Manager levy <br />32 scenarios and the Finance Commission's recommendation that can be shared at the <br />33 September 15 meeting. <br />34 The Finance Commission had a discussion on the 2026-2045 Capital Improvement Plan <br />35(CIP) at their July, August and September meetings. The Finance Commission <br />36 understands that future funding will need to be addressed in the CIP without the franchise <br />37 fees.
