Proposal Process <br /> <br />3.1 Notice of Intent to Propose <br /> <br />If a firm is interested in submitting a proposal of professional Architectural & Engineering services, then the <br />Consultant must notify the City of Roseville Project Manager, Jesse Freihammer, via email by noon on <br />Monday, August 4, 2025. <br /> <br />ŷĻ Ļƒğźƌ ƭŷƚǒƌķ źƓķźĭğƷĻ ƷŷĻ /ƚƓƭǒƌƷğƓƷ͸ƭ źƓƷĻƓƷ Ʒƚ submit a proposal response and must identify the <br />/ƚƓƭǒƌƷğƓƷ͸ƭ ƦƩźƒğƩǤ ƦƚźƓƷ ƚŅ ĭƚƓƷğĭƷ ŅƚƩ ŅǒƷǒƩĻ ĭƚƩƩĻƭƦƚƓķĻƓĭĻʹ Name, phone number, email. <br /> <br />3.2 RFP Questions <br /> <br />All questions regarding the content included in this RFP must be sent in writing via email to the following <br />two individuals from the City of Roseville: <br /> <br />Jesse Freihammer Sally Ricard <br />Public Works Director Database Specialist <br />Email: Jesse.Freihammer@cityofroseville.com Email: Sally.Ricard@cityorfroseville.com <br /> <br /> <br />Only written questions sent via email will receive a response. Questions are due via email by 4:00 PM on <br />Monday, August 18, 2025. Responses to all such requests that were placed within the allotted timeline will be <br />made in writing by addendum to all Respondents. The City of Roseville reserves the right to disregard any <br />questions that come in late. <br /> <br />3.3 Pre-Proposal Site Tour <br /> <br />A Pre-Proposal site tour option will be held on Wednesday, August 6 at 9:00 AM. The tour will start with the <br />existing maintenance facility and then the Lexington Shoppes/Veterans Park. Attendance is not mandatory, <br />therefore any questions about RFP clarifications will not be answered during the tour and must be sent via <br />email. Any Consultant questions pertaining to clarifications of RFP content will be itemized with City response <br />information and distributed to ALL potential RFP respondents via Addendum. This City provided Addendum <br />document will be electronically posted to the City website (https://www.cityofroseville.com/890/Bids-RFPs- <br />RFQs) by 4:00 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025. <br /> <br />3.4 Contract Documents <br /> <br />The awarded Consultant will be required to comply with the terms and conditions contained the AIA B-133. Any <br />requests for changes to the documents must be requested in writing via email by the proposal questions date of <br />August 18, 2025.
