Architectural & Engineering Services <br /> <br /> <br />6. Proposal Evaluation <br /> <br />Representatives of the City of Roseville will evaluate all proposal responses received by the deadline. A 100- <br />point scale will be used to create the final evaluation recommendation. The factors and weighting on which <br />proposals will be judged are: <br /> <br /> <br />MINIMUM MAXIMUM <br />CRITERIA <br />POINTS POINTS <br />1)ŷĻ ƨǒğƌźƷǤ ƚŅ ƷŷĻ /ƚƓƭǒƌƷğƓƷ͸ƭ ƦƩƚƦƚƭğƌ ƩĻƌğƷźǝĻ Ʒƚ ƷŷƚƩƚǒŭŷƓĻƭƭ ƚŅ ƷŷĻ <br />response and inclusion of all requested information identified in the RFP. 5 10 <br />2) The qualifications of the lead Consultant architectural firm and their identified <br />Project Manager including a demonstrated understanding of the Project and 5 15 <br />available staff capacity to perform the work. <br />3) The qualifications of the balance of the Consultant design team members <br />including prior work experience with the lead Consultant architectural firm and 5 10 <br />available staff capacity to perform the work. <br />4) Similar Project Experience within the past ten (10) years on, a) Public Works <br />projects, License/Passport Center, Dance Studio b) Construction Management <br />delivered projects. The project experience should demonstrate the inclusion of 5 15 <br />the full scope of Consultant services identified in this RFP. <br />5) The proposed detailed work plan and corresponding schedule in Gantt Chart <br />format including a demonstrated project understanding through identification 5 10 <br />of work scope tasks, milestones and deliverables. <br />6) CĻĻ tƩƚƦƚƭğƌ Α /ƚƭƷ ƚŅ tƩƚŅĻƭƭźƚƓğƌ {ĻƩǝices relative to corresponding breakout <br />of hours per project phase versus any identified exclusions. Fee must 5 40 <br />additionally be broken out by MOC and LPCDS. <br />TOTAL POINTS 30 100 <br /> <br />6.1 Interview <br /> <br />As part of the selection process, Respondents may be asked to give an interview. Interviews will be requested on <br />a discretionary and case-by-case basis. Respondents should be prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the <br />Responses to the RFP and any other area of interest to the City relative to the proposal. Respondents must have <br />their proposed Project Lead or designee in attendance at the interview.
