Architectural & Engineering Services <br /> <br />6.2 Important Information <br /> <br />Interested Consultants should note the following: <br />A.The City reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities in the proposal process. <br />B. The City reserves the right to interview any, all, or none of the respondents at its discretion. <br />C. The City shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Consultant including but not limited to expenses <br />associated with the preparation of the proposal. <br />D. This RFP and the content herein, becomes part of the Contract. <br />E.
