Addendum #2Responses –RFP for Architect <br />August 18, 2025 <br />1. Interview Schedule <br />Section 1.5, project table has been updated. Interview dates have been changed to <br />Monday, September 8. <br /> <br />2. What do you envision the public engagement portion of the project looking like: <br />a. City takes the lead on re-zoning engagement? <br /> City will lead all aspects of engagement for re-zoning <br />b. LA engagement for park & rec areas and overall design? <br />done using a separate process outside of this contract. <br />c. Will there be a public engagement survey? <br /> No public engagement survey. <br /> <br />As detailed in section 2.3.G the focus of the engagement will be with the <br />neighborhood and adjacent residents to the project. The focus will be on <br />elements of the building and mi <br />properties. <br />3. Visualization tools— <br />The deliverables section in 2.3.C and 2.3.D has been updated for both sections. <br />4. <br />As detailed in section 2.3.A, site survey, phase 1 ESA and Geotechnical work are <br />required as part of the project.
