rd <br />Coordinate all inspections and testing as required by the project and OwnerÓs 3 <br />party testing, building systems, and building envelope commissioning agents. <br />Determine when each CMaR subcontractorÓs work is substantially completed and <br />prepare a list of incomplete work and work which does not conform to the <br />requirements of the construction documents. <br />Develop and implement procedures for orderly completion of punch list items, <br />checkout of utilities, operational systems and equipment and initial startup. <br />Ensure full performance and conformance of all testing, training, and <br />commissioning log(s) resolutions along with B3 closeout requirements (if <br />required) <br />Participate in completing subcontractor items as required by B3. <br />Assist owner in creating documentation related to the B3 construction phase <br />for submission requirements. <br />Prepare a punch list for review by Architect prior to substantial completion. <br />Prepare and deliver approved shop drawings, warranties, as-built drawings, and <br />maintenance manuals; administer closeout of the project. <br />Ensure performance of all warranty obligation, resolution of all claims, and other <br />post construction requirements. <br />Assist Owner in the turnover, move-in and building opening. <br />Cooperate with OwnerÓs construction cost auditor; furnish all requested cost <br />documentation; assist Owner in submittals and data required for tax incentives. <br />Assist Owner in preparing required one-year post-construction submission under <br />Minnesota B3 program. <br />Demonstrate and train OwnerÓs maintenance personnel prior to submitting <br />certificate of contract completion. <br />Actively support and participate in one year warranty walk with Owner and <br />Architect. <br />D.RFQ Information, Qualification Evaluation Overview <br />Questions and Inquiries <br />All questions regarding the content included in this RFQ must be sent in writing via <br />email to the following two individuals from the City of Roseville: <br />Jesse Freihammer, Project Manager. <br />Email: Jesse.Freihammer@cityofroseville.com <br />Sally Ricard, Database Specialist <br />Email: Sally.Ricard@cityofroseville.com <br />Only written questions sent via email will receive a response.
