If any Respondent attempts any unauthorized communication, the Owner may, <br />in its sole discretion reject such RespondentÓs submittal or proposal. <br /> <br />Scheule of Critical Dates <br />RosevilleÓs procurement schedule for selecting the CMaR is set forth below; however, <br />the City reserves the right to modify this schedule. <br />A Pre-Proposal site tour options will be held on Tuesday, August 5 at 1:00 PM. The tour <br />will start with the existing maintenance facility and then the Lexington <br />Shoppes/Veterans Park. Attendance is not mandatory, so any questions about RFP <br />clarifications will not be answered during the tour and must be sent via email. <br />Any Consultant questions pertaining to clarifications of RFP content will be itemized <br />with City response information and distributed to ALL potential RFP respondents via <br />Addendum.
