A Prime Contractor and subcontractors shall be responsible for <br />false statements by their first-tier subcontractors with which they have a direct contractual <br />relationship only if they accept the verification of compliance with actual knowledge that it <br />contains a false statement. <br /> <br />F. Responders shall obtain and submit ATTACHMENT D4 with their response. After award of <br />contract the Construction Manager at Risk shall include the same responsible contractor <br />requirements in their subcontract solicitations and submit, to the City, the same <br />certifications for all subcontractors and motor carriers who will work on the project. <br /> <br /> <br />5.3. Special Conditions for the Construction Manager at Risk Contract <br />5.3.1.
