(Please explain the existing <br />configuration.) <br /> <br />ARTICLE III, Section 1,B <br />The system shall provide four <br />tiers of subscriber service. Tier 1 <br />shall be a 28 video channel universal <br />service tier. Tier 2 ~hall be a 52 <br />video channel economy service tier. <br />Tier 3 shall be an 88 video channel <br />basic service. Tier 4 shall be a l07 <br />channel interactive service tier. <br />(Please explain the existing channel <br />offerings. ) <br /> <br />ARTICLE III, section 2, A&B <br />Regarding signal quality. Please <br />explain any deviation from your proposal <br />signal quality requirements as well <br />as your procedure for handling and <br />resolving subscriber complaints in <br />this area. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III, Section 2,D <br />The system shall be designed for <br />and operated on a 24 hours a day continuous <br />operation basis. <br /> <br />ARTICLE lIlt Section 2,E <br />The results of any tests required <br />by the FCC shall be filed within 10 <br />days of the conduct of such tests with <br />the City and the Board.
