To produce 25 hours of local origination programming per week and to obtain 77 hours of programming per week from other sources. To employ in Year 3 and thereafter a total of eight full-time positions for local origination staff. To spend at least the following amounts on local origination program production and acquisition in the following years: Year 1 -$88,000, Year 3 -- $199,000, Year 5 -$241,000, and Year 10 -$367,000. To provide two access studios to be built in connection with the construction of the North Suburban system. One will be located at the Fairview Community Center in Roseville and one will be located at the Community Resource Center in New Brighton. Their size will be approximately 30 x35 feet. Each access studio will contain two high quality Hitachi color cameras; they will also include a switcher and editing facilities. These studios will also include two battery powered video tape recorder players to enable the cameras to be used in the field. (A full description of the equipment involved with each of the access studios can be found in Form K, pages 2, 2A, 2B and 2C of 4 in the propo~al.) ~, To provide two color vans for - exclusive use of access users. These vans will be full production vans with editing capability and built in switchers. They will also have their own power supplies.
