(Explain modifica- <br />tions to accommodate single cable.) <br /> <br />To produce 25 hours of local origination <br />programming per week and to obtain <br />77 hours of programming per week <br />from other sources. <br /> <br />To employ in Year 3 and thereafter <br />a total of eight full-time positions <br />for local origination staff. <br /> <br />To spend at least the following <br />amounts on local origination program <br />production and acquisition in <br />the following years: Year 1 -$88,000, <br />Year 3 -- $199,000, Year 5 -$241,000, <br />and Year 10 -$367,000. <br /> <br />To provide two access studios <br />to be built in connection with <br />the construction of the North <br />Suburban system. One will be <br />located at the Fairview Community <br />Center in Roseville and one will <br />be located at the Community Resource <br />Center in New Brighton. Their <br />size will be approximately 30 x35 <br />feet. Each access studio will <br />contain two high quality Hitachi <br />color cameras; they will also <br />include a switcher and editing <br />facilities. These studios will <br />also include two battery powered <br />video tape recorder players to <br />enable the cameras to be used <br />in the field. (A full description <br />of the equipment involved with <br />each of the access studios can <br />be found in Form K, pages 2, 2A, <br />2B and 2C of 4 in the propo~al.) <br />~, <br />To provide two color vans for - <br />exclusive use of access users. <br />These vans will be full production <br />vans with editing capability and <br />built in switchers.
