<br />\ <br />44. To prcvide 12 portable color studios. <br />These portable color studios include <br />a portapak plus lighting and sound <br />equipment. The equipment is designed <br />for field use as well as providing <br />a dolly Bnd tripod for stationary <br />use. (The full description of <br />equipment contained in each color <br />portable studio is contained in <br />Form K, Page 2G & 2H of this proposal.) <br /> <br />45. To provide six portable production <br />enhancement facilities for the <br />exclusive use of access users. <br />The equipment will allow live <br />or taped productions including <br />special effects, dissolves and <br />spli t screen images. (The full <br />description of the equipment is <br />contained in Form K, page 21 of <br />4 . ) <br /> <br />46. To dedicate for access use 12 <br />full video channels on the subscriber <br />systúm for the following access <br />use types: two public access, <br />educational access, government <br />access, religious access, senior-citizen-women's <br />special needs access, higher education <br />access, private school access, <br />two school district access, library <br />and leased access. <br /> <br />47. To dedicate VHF channel 6 as the <br />regional interconnect channel. <br /> <br />48. To employ in Year 3 and thereafter <br />a staff of thirteen full-time <br />positions to serve as staff in <br />access. <br /> <br />49. To spend at least the funds committed <br />for access support as follows: <br />Year 1 -- $340,000, Year 3 -$399,000, <br />Year 5 -$464,000, Year 10 -$669,000, <br />plus $10,000 for promoting access <br />equipment availability, training <br />workshops, intern program, and <br />other aspects of community prgramming. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
