To provide three libraries contained <br />within the territory with a library <br />access studio for their exclusive <br />use, designed for on-premises <br />use and consisting of a camera, <br />recorder microphone, and limited <br />lighting set. (The full equipment <br />description is contained in Form K, <br />Page 2J of 4.) <br /> <br />51. To provide a cable radio FH access <br />studio including all equipment <br />to cablecast an FM service. (The <br />list of equipment contained in <br />the FM access studio is contained <br />in Form K, page 2K of 4.) <br /> <br />52. To provide funding to the North <br />Suburban Access Corporation in <br />the following manner: $150,000 <br />initially; anå $75,000 for each <br />year thereafter in which we hold <br />the franchise for the territory. <br /> <br />53. To provide up to $50,000 for planning <br />of the use of educational channels. <br /> <br />54. To conduct on a regular basis <br />community video workshops free <br />of charge to those who wish to <br />learn about the uses of cable <br />television and video equipment. <br />We have also pledged to act affirmatively <br />to involve the community in the <br />cable system. (Please include <br />in your explanation a complete <br />list of classes scheduled in 1988 <br />and the attendance at each class. <br />Include a detailed explanation <br />of your efforts to "affirmatively <br />involve the community in the cable <br />system.") <br /> <br />55. To establish and maintain an intern <br />program for high school and college <br />students that will employ those <br />students as part-time production <br />aides. <br /> <br />56. To establish a North Suburbs Programming <br />Advisory Committee for the purpose <br />of developing local origination <br />programming ideas. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
