4. Other Improvements <br />Lighting: Implementation of the new intersection lighting plan will continue with the installation of about <br />45 new Xcel streetlights in the east area of the city, as well as streetlights postponed from 2025 due to <br />budget. Existing enhanced streetlighting on Long Lake Road and Lincoln Drive will be replaced, in <br />addition to potential replacement of enhanced streetlighting in the Owasso Hills neighborhood. <br />Master Campus Plan Implementation: With LHB and Kraus -Anderson under contract, the development <br />of construction plans will get underway. The coming year will include public engagement and the first <br />phase of construction - a new License Passport Center and Dance Studio. <br />5. Maintenance <br />Ongoing annual maintenance related to streets, pathways, signs, retaining walls, fences, storm sewer, <br />water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. <br />6.
