More details will <br />be shared as project progresses. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway- County Road B to TH 36 <br />o Pathway is designed and will be bid soon for construction next year. <br />• HamlineAvenue— CountyRoadCtoSnelling <br />o Construction in 2026 of pathway in design. <br />o Full depth reclamation in 2026 led by Roseville and paid for by Ramsey County. <br />o Upsizing of the watermain from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road/Arden Hills. Paid <br />primarily by Arden Hills. <br />o See Hamline/Clarmar update below. <br />• 2026 PMP Project <br />o Nearly 7 miles of roads are planned for rehabilitation, from M&O to full reconstructions, <br />in 2026. <br />o Design is currently underway with an advertisement forbids early 2026. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement being negotiated with property owner. <br />• Wagner/Western Pathway <br />o Easement beingnegotiated with Ramsey County, construction anticipated nextyear. <br />• 2025 Sewer Cleaning & Lining <br />o Lining was completed October31. <br />• 2026 Sewer Cleaning & Lining <br />o Staff is currently scopingthe project, anticipated to be bid early 2026 with construction <br />completed fall 2026. <br />• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements will occur incoordination with the solar install in 2026. <br />• Lift Stations <br />o Staff kicked off design of the Cohansey Lift Station upgrade with construction <br />anticipated spring 2026. <br />o Lift station assessment to establish 10-year work plan is underway and anticipated to be <br />completed early 2026.
