• Lighting <br />o All23 streetlights have been installed byXcel at City request. Council updated the <br />lighting policywhich now includes minimum lighting standards at intersections in the <br />Standard District. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• Ramsey County <br />o HamlineAvenue/Clarmar Lane Storm Sewer. <br />Storm sewerwork is complete and Hamline is open. <br />o County Road C 4:3 Conversion from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road and bridge <br />over railroad <br />Work is scheduled for 2026. <br />o County Road D from Fairview Ave to Cleveland Ave <br />Kickoff meeting was held for the 2027 project. <br />Tentative scope includes curb and gutter and a pathway to the south side, storm <br />sewer improvements, and a 4' shoulder on the north. <br />• MnDOT <br />o Snelling Design from TH 36 to Grey Fox Road <br />In design for 2026 resurfacing and will include off -road pathway west <br />of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue to Old Snelling. <br />o TH 280 Design from Wabash Avenue in St. Paulto 135 W <br />In design for 2026 resurfacing. <br />• Other <br />o G Line (Metro Transit) <br />Planning and design continue for construction 2026-2028. <br />Engineering Updates: <br />• Job posting is live for five Public Works Summer Intern positions. <br />• Staff attended a UofM Intern workshop on November 19 to recruit students. <br />Environmental& Sustainability Updates: <br />• Staff attended RamseyCounty's Energy and Electrification Resource Fair on November3, atthe <br />Ramsey County Environmental Center. <br />• Climate Equity Action Plan <br />o The first community -wide engagement event took place November 12 from 5-8pm <br />atthe Ramsey County Environmental Center. Around 50 attendees participated in <br />providing feedback on preliminary goals forthe Plan. <br />o The first internal staff advisory group forthe climate plan will meet on December 8. <br />The group includes staff representatives from each department, as well as staff from <br />each watershed district in Roseville. <br />• The Climate Justice Advisory Group will be meetingfor a second time on Saturday, December 6 <br />to develop Equity Screening Criteria for climate actions and review draft goals. <br />• Eureka Recycling will be doing one final sweep of the City on December 1 to remove their carts <br />that have been out since the cart transition process. Eureka will also be picking up all the parks <br />recycling carts that are currently staged in the Central Park West parking lot.
