Attachment 6 <br />40 city residents to reimburse the Company for the cost of the fee. The Company <br />41 agrees that it is prohibited from adding an administrative fee of any kind on to <br />42 the franchise fee. <br />43 Section 5. Enforcement. Any dispute, including enforcement of a default <br />44 regarding this ordinance will be resolved in accordance with Section 2.5 of the <br />45 Franchise Agreement. <br />46 Section 6. Effective Date of Franchise Fee. The effective date of fee <br />47 collection shall be March 1, 2026or 90 days after the City sends written notice <br />48 enclosing a copy of this adopted Ordinance to the Company by certified mail, <br />49 whichever date is later. <br />50 Section 7. Effective Date.
