Attachment 2 <br />2026 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> Project/Initiative Summary <br />Department/Division: Parks and Recreation - Activities Center/Recreation <br />Project/Initiative Title: Gymnastics Center Air Conditioning <br />Total Estimated Cost: $150,00 <br />Funding Source: CIP <br />Annual Operating Budget Impact: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Project/Initiative Description: <br />In 1999, the City funded the installation of a air conditioning system in the Gymnastics Center (which is <br />shared with Roseville Area Schools), so that the Center would be usable during the warmer months – with <br />the understanding that the City would be responsible for any eventual asset replacement. <br />The AC units are currently 27 years old, and are showing signs of eminent failure. ISD 623 has supported <br />the system with periodic repairs, but full asset replacement is the responsibility of the City.
