Many of the city streets are over 25 <br />years old and are at the end of the expected design life. The City uses this line item to rehabilitate <br />pavements and curbs as part of Pavement Management Program (PMP) projects and to do <br />complete street reconstructions. The 2026 PMP includes approximately 5 miles of roadway that <br />will be milled and overlaid.
