Utility Infrastructure: <br />40 <br />41 Sanitary Sewer System: Cohansey Lift Station will be upgraded in 2026 and a consultant <br />42 will begin design on the Center Street Lift Station upgrade for construction in 2027. <br />43 Additionally, the consultant will complete a lift station analysis to identify lift station repairs <br />44 needed over the next 10 years. A contract will be let to line $1.2M worth of sanitary pipes <br />45 and repair of structures will occur with maintenance and PMP activities. <br />46 <br />47 Water Distribution System: Repairs and adjustments to watermain and structures will <br />48 occur with maintenance and PMP activities. Watermain replacement is planned on Hamline <br />49 Avenue from Josephine Road into Arden Hills and on Walnut Street from Rose Place to <br />50 railroad tracks. The Booster Station is planned for a new roof, security upgrades, interior <br />51 noise attenuation, and solar panels installed. The AMR and meter replacements, part of a <br />52 5-year plan, will continue. <br />53 <br />54 Storm Sewer System: Storm sewer associated with the Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 and <br />55 PMP will be done with Storm Sewer Funds. Improvements are planned for Cohansey <br />56 Street, Marion Street, Dale Street, Wilder Avenue, the Bennett Lake Waterfall, and St. <br />57 Croix and Willow Ponds. Staff will continue planning for a City Ditch 2 future project. The <br />58 consultant will complete a lift station analysis to identify lift station repairs needed over the <br />59 next 10 years. <br />60 <br />61 4. Other Improvements: <br />62 <br />63 Lighting: Implementation of the new intersection lighting plan will continue with the <br />64 installation of ~42 new Xcel streetlights in the east area of the city. The Long Lake Road <br />65 and Lincoln Drive enhanced streetlighting will also be replaced/added. <br />66 <br />67 5.
