<br />30 <br />31 <br />32 After reviewing the proposals, all were deemed complete and all the respondents are fully <br />33 capable of completing the EAW. With that, the staff selected Kimley-Horn to prepare the <br />34 EAW for the Willow Pond project in the amount of $19,000. <br />35 <br />36 The funding for this work will come from the Water Quality Device Rehabilitation budget <br />37 item through the Storm Fund CIP which has an overall budget of $585,000 in 2026. <br />38 <br />39 The City’s standard Professional Services Agreement was sent to Kimley-Horn for review, <br />40 and they did provide some comments.
