<br />cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and <br /> <br />disbursements in books belonging to the Corporation, and shall <br /> <br />deposit all monies, securities and other valuable effects of the <br /> <br />Corporation in the name and to the credit of the corporation in <br /> <br />such depositories as may be designated from time to time by the <br /> <br />Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Except to the extent that some other person <br /> <br />or persons may be specifically authorized by the Board of Dir- <br /> <br />ectors to do so, the Treasurer shall make, execute, and endorse <br /> <br />all checks and other commercial paper on behalf of the Corpora- <br /> <br />tion when requested by the Board of Directors and shall perform <br /> <br />such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Section 6. Assistant Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer if <br /> <br />one be elected by the Board, shall have such powers and perform <br /> <br />such duties of the Treasurer as may be prescribed from time to <br /> <br />time by the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII <br />RESIGNATIONS AND REMOVALS <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Removals. <br /> <br />Any officer may be removed at any <br /> <br />time, with or without cause, upon the affirmative vote of two- <br /> <br />thirds ~~ of the authorized votes of the Board of Directors <br /> <br />with five Directors voting in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Directors shall <br /> <br />be removed only in accordance with Article V of these By-Laws. <br /> <br />Section 2. Resignation. Any director of officer may resign <br /> <br />at any time. Such resignation shall be made in writing and shall <br /> <br />take effect at the time specified therein or if no time be <br /> <br />specified at the time of its receipt by the President or Secre- <br /> <br />11 <br />
