Know that support does exist: <br />• Xcel Energy suspended disconnections through the end of February for all 7 Metro counties, but bills will <br />continue to accrue. Call 800-895-4999 for a payment arrangement or energy assistance. <br />• Xcel is offering one late payment charge forgiveness per year for any customer who requests it <br />• Customer service agents are instructed to treat immigration actions, safety concerns, and loss of income as <br />extenuating circumstances that qualify customers for flexible payment arrangements. <br />• Any personal information shared with a customer service representative is protected by the Minnesota <br />Consumer Data Privacy Act, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission rules, and the Company's own Privacy <br />Practices at https://mn.mv.xcelenergv.com/s/privacy. <br />• Customers in need of assistance should reach out to Xcel Energy Customer Service at 800-895-4999, or go <br />to https:Hmn.mv.xcelenergy.com/s/billing-pavment/manage-bill. <br />• Payment arrangements are available here, and the low usage affordability credit program is also an <br />option. <br />Energy CENTS Coalition and Citizens Utility Board of Minnesota are also organizing the Lights On, Homes <br />Warm Fund to help provide relief to families struggling to stay current on their utility bills. <br />Please visit City of Roseville's Immigrant Resources page for more information about the City's response to <br />immigration enforcement. <br />Positive Climate News <br />- Minnesota cities continue climate action plans, despite federal abdication- At <br />least 22 Minnesota city, county, regional and tribal governments have published <br />"climate action" plans to mitigate the costs of future weather disasters. Roseville will be <br />in good company with the list of cities featured when our plan is published later this <br />year! <br />Judge protects billions for reliable EV charging; cleaner air and lower driving costs across the <br />country —A district court judge entered the final judgement in the lawsuit challenging the freeze of <br />National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program funding, which will unfreeze $5 billion <br />to develop EV charging corridors across the country. <br />This artist collects trash from national parks — and then paints it: 'A zero -waste practice' - <br />Landscape artist Mariah Reading began collecting littler while traveling through national parks, and <br />now paints those objects (discarded helmets, gloves, plastic boxes, etc.) with landscapes of the <br />environments she found them in. <br />Page 13 of 105 <br />
