IGfiRNITiL-11a <br />,QUA af <br />Public Works Departmerrt <br />Memo <br />To: Public Works Environmental and Transportation Commission Members <br />From: Jennifer Lowry, City Engineer <br />Date: February 19, 2026 <br />Re: Communications Items <br />The following are updates to projects and other activities happening in Roseville since the last <br />commission meeting: <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />• Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) / License & Passport Centers / Dance Studio (LPCDS) <br />o See agenda item. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway- County Road B to TH 36 <br />o Project to be awarded in February2026. <br />• Hamline Avenue —County Road C to Snelling Avenue <br />o Construction in 2026 of pathway. <br />o Full depth reclamation in 2026 led by Roseville and paid for by Ramsey County. <br />o Upsizing of the watermain from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road/Arden Hills. Paid <br />primarily by Arden Hills. <br />o Sidewalkto Autumn Grove Park on Lydia Avenue. <br />o Public meeting held February 10, 2026. <br />• 2026 PMP Project <br />o Nearly 7 miles of roads are planned for rehabilitation in 2026. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement being negotiated with property owner. <br />• Wagner/Western Pathway <br />o Easement beingnegotiated with Ramsey County, construction anticipated late 2026. <br />• 2026 Sewer Cleaning & Lining <br />o Anticipated to be bid early 2026 with construction completed fall 2026. <br />• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements to occur incoordination with the solar install in 2026. <br />• Lift Stations <br />o Cohansey Lift Station upgrade with construction anticipated spring 2026. <br />o Lift station assessment to establish 10-yearwork plan is underway and anticipated to be <br />completed early 2026. The last major studywas completed in 2014. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Sign installations to begin again in spring. <br />• Willow Pond <br />o Dredging of Willow Pond is planned for 2026 after environmental review (EAW). <br />• Keya Park Pathway along Pascal Street <br />o Council gave staff direction to build a path along the Pascal Street hill, but not to move <br />the curbs. <br />Page 3 of 105 <br />
