Approve Agenda <br />16 <br />17 Motion <br />18 Member Hodder moved, Member Luongo seconded, approval of the <br />19 January 27, 2026, Agenda as presented. <br />20 <br />21 Ayes: 7 <br />22 Nays:0 <br />23 Motion carried. <br />24 <br />25 3. Public Comments <br />26 Acting Chair Hodder stated that the remarks reflected only the personal views of <br />27 the Chair and Vice Chair, not the City of Roseville, its employees, or the full <br />28 commission. They expressed deep concern and opposition to ICE activities that <br />29 they believe are causing harm, fear, family separation, and erosion of community <br />30 trust. They voiced support for Roseville's elected officials and the City Council for <br />31 standing with affected residents, while noting a desire for faster, more impactful <br />32 action.
