Commissioner Donaldson moved to recommend an all-way stop at Pascal Street and <br />Brooks Avenue, with parking permitted on the east side of Pascal Street, to the City <br />Council. Chair Matts-Benson seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Penny suggested adding additional signage to alert drivers that an all-way <br />stop and/or park area are approaching. <br /> <br />Chair Matts-Benson moved to amend the motion to recommend an all-way stop at Pascal <br />Street and Brooks Avenue, including exploring additional notification signage indicating <br />an approaching all-way stop/park area, with parking permitted on the east side of Pascal <br />Street except on the hill, to the City Council.
