BW2026-09R <br />PU <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR <br />County Project No. P-8124 <br />Fairview Ave Pavement and Signal Improvements <br />County State Aid Project 062-648-025 <br />Municipal State Aid Project 160-020-059 <br />TotalEstimated Construction Cost:$3,166,575 <br />Ramsey County Estimated CSAH Cost: $2,813,349 <br />Ramsey County Estimated Local: $131,105 <br />City of Roseville Estimated Construction Cost: $222,121* <br />\[*not including Design Engineering or Construction Engineering Fees to be paid by <br />the City of Roseville\] <br />Attachments: <br />Exhibit A - Project Location Map <br />Exhibit B – Engineer’s Estimate <br />This Agreement is between the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") <br />WHEREAS, Fairview Ave (County State Aid Highway 48) from Larpenteur Ave to County <br />Road B2 (“Project Limits”) is identified in Ramsey County’s 2024-2029 Transportation <br />Improvement Program for Roadway Construction Improvementsand these locations are <br />shown in Exhibit A – Project Location Map; and <br />WHEREAS, the City andCounty desire to resurface Fairview Ave from Larpenteur Ave to <br />County Road B2, replace traffic signals at County Road B, Gluek Lane, and make ADA <br />sidewalk improvements within the Project Limits (“Project”); and <br />WHEREAS,in the area affected by construction, Fairview Aveis designated County State <br />Aid Highway (CSAH) 48, and is located in the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Project has been designated for funding by the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation (“MnDOT”) as eligible for County State Aid Highway (“CSAH”) funds, and <br />Municipal State Aid System (“MSAS”) funds; and <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />Qbhf!241!pg!263 <br /> <br />
