Agenda Item Title: <br />Consider Amending Title 4, Chapter 404 of City Code (Noise Ordinance) <br />Brief Description: <br />Public Works staff is recommending amending the noise ordinance to provide additional staff <br />exceptions to public agencies for small duration impact projects that have larger overall public <br />benefits.
