Climate Equity Action Plan Update <br />118 Sustainability Specialist Noelle Bakken introduced Mr. Ted Redmond from <br />119 PaIeBLUEdot to provide an update on the Climate Equity Action Plan. <br />120 <br />121 <br />Mr. Redmond of PaIeBLUEdot provided an update on the City's climate <br />122 <br />planning process, noting that the project is approximately 60-65% complete <br />123 <br />and nearing the end of the second phase, which focuses on collaborative <br />124 <br />planning. A full draft plan is expected by the end of March. Since the fall, the <br />125 <br />team has completed the first round of community engagement, which included <br />126 <br />both in -person opportunities and an online survey. They have also conducted <br />127 <br />three of four Climate Justice Advisory Group workshops and two of three <br />128 <br />staff workshops. Preliminary goals and action items have been collaboratively <br />129 <br />developed and reviewed, including evaluation against equity criteria.
