The City has verified code violations at your property. The City of Roseville <br />intends to hold a public hearing before City Council to discuss possible administrative citation or abatement for <br />the violations identified below: <br />The combined ongoing violations include: <br /> Inoperable vehicles stored outside <br /> Unlicensed vehicles stored outside <br /> Vehicles stored on unimproved surface. <br /> <br />These are violations of Roseville’s City Code, specifically: <br /> 407.02 G and 407.04 D, which require that vehicles stored outside be in operable condition and display <br />current registration / licensure and are stored on an improved surface. <br /> <br />Corrective Measures: <br /> Ensure all vehicles stored outside are in operable condition, move vehicles to storage inside of structure, <br />or remove vehicles from property. <br /> Ensure all vehicles stored outside display current licensure / registration, move vehicles to storage inside <br />of structure, or remove vehicles from property. <br /> Remove any vehicle from storage on unimproved surface onto improved surface. <br />This matter will be discussed at a public hearing before Roseville’s City Council. At this public hearing, the <br />Community Development Department will request authority from the City Council to perform a City abatement <br />and contract with private companies to have all violations corrected. This would entail the expenditure of funds <br />for which you, as the property owner, would be responsible to repay.
