Similarly, the proposal seeks to amend the existing Official Zoning Map from Core Mixed- <br />17 Use (MU-4) and Employment (E-1) district to Institutional (INST) district. <br />18 <br />19 On January 15, 2026, Minnesota State Patrol and Leo A. Daly (project consultant) held the required <br />20 Open House Meeting to discuss with those in attendance their desires for the subject property.
