Note that links to most planned or active construction projects can be found on <br />ourconstruction projects website. htto•//www cityof ro sevi Ile.com/697/Construction-Projects <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />• Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) / License & Passport Centers / Dance Studio (LPCDS) <br />o MOC - City staff from Public Works and Parks met with the consultingteams for a design <br />charette on March 26 to discuss layout options. Those options have had several <br />iterationswhile the consultants draft a Program and Conceptual Design Report. That <br />report will be shared with this commission and seek Council approval once complete. <br />o LPCDS—the concept planningforthe building is further alongthat the MOC but will also <br />require Council action priorto detail design of construction plans. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway- County Road B to TH 36 <br />o Construction anticipated to start week of April 27 and be substantially complete by end <br />of May. Lexington Avenue will have lane shifts, but remain open to traffic. <br />• HamlineAvenue— CountyRoadCtoSnellingAvenue <br />o Bid opening on April29. <br />• 2026 PMP Project <br />o Nearly miles of roads are planned for rehabilitation in 2026. Bid opening on May7. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement needs to be negotiated with property owner. Plans complete, likely a 2027 <br />construction due to tree removal needs. <br />• Wagner/Western Pathway <br />o Easement being negotiated with Ramsey County, construction optimistically <br />anticipated late 2026. <br />• 2026 Sewer Cleaning & Lining <br />o Awarded. Preconstruction meetingwillbe scheduled for early May. <br />• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements to occur incoordination with the solar install in 2026. <br />• Lift Stations <br />o Cohansey Lift Station upgrade with construction anticipated summer 2026. <br />o Lift station assessmentto establish 10-yearworkplan has been received from <br />consultant and is under review by staff. The last major study was completed in 2014. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Sign installations to begin again in spring. <br />Page 12 of 165 <br />
