• Willow Pond <br />Dredging of Willow Pond is planned forthe winter of 2026/27 orthe summer of 2027, <br />depending on the contractor. The Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) will be <br />reviewed by City Council on June 8. <br />• Kaye Park Pathway along Pascal Street <br />o Council gave staff direction to build a path alongthe Pascal Street hill, but not to move <br />the curbs. This will be completed with the 2026 PMP project. <br />• Lighting <br />o Intersection lighting in eastern Roseville planned for 2026. <br />o Owasso Hillsto decide standard vs enhanced lighting. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• Ramsey County <br />o County Road C 4:3 Conversion from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road and bridge <br />over railroad <br />Roadway scheduled for biddingthis spring and construction this summer/fall <br />and bridge construction in 2027. Utility work ahead of project is underway. <br />o Fairviewfrom Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B2 <br />Bids open April30 for resurfacing and signalwork, at County Road B and Gluek <br />Lane. Work can begin after May 10, hard closure can't occur until June 11. <br />o County Road D from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland Avenue <br />Design in process for 2027 project to include resurfacing and construction of a <br />path on the south side. <br />o Victoria Street Path from County Road Cto Harriet Avenue <br />Design in process for2028 project. <br />Public Open House scheduled for May 20 from 5-87PM at the Roseville Skating <br />Center. <br />o Rice from Wheelock Parkway to County Road B <br />Design in process for2028 project. <br />o Larpenteur Corridor Study <br />RFPto be released soon for study of entire corridor. <br />• MnDOT <br />o Snelling Avenue from TH 36 to Grey Fox Road <br />Construction begins April27. Expect lane closures and short-term closures of <br />side streets when there is work nearby. Anticipate two weekend directional <br />closures with detours. Construction to be complete by State Fair. <br />Resurfacing and road repairs also include new off -road pathway west of Snelling <br />Avenue from Lydia Avenue to Old Snelling. <br />o TH 280from Wabash Avenue in St. Paulto 135 W <br />Resurfacing and bridgework underway. Northbound is currently closed and <br />southbound anticipated to close April29.
