Note that links to most planned or active construction projects can be found on <br />ourconstruction projects website. http•//www cityof ro sevi Ile.com/697/Construction-Projects <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />• Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) / License & PaSSDort Centers / Dance Studio (LPCDS <br />o The concepts for both the MOC and LPCDS will go before Council prior to detail design <br />of construction plans —tentatively planned for June 15. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway- County Road B to TH 36 <br />o Construction underway and anticipated to be substantially complete by end of May. <br />Lexington Avenue will have lane shifts but remain open to traffic. <br />• HamlineAvenue— CountyRoadCtoSnellingAvenue <br />o Awarded and start date TBD. <br />• 2026 PMP Proiect <br />o Nearly miles of roads are planned for rehabilitation in 2026. Bids were opened and <br />anticipate award May 18. Start date TBD. <br />o Council gave staff direction to build a path along the Pascal Street hill at Keya Park, but <br />not to move the curbs. This will be completed with the 2026 PMP project. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement needs to be negotiated with property owner. Plans complete, likely a 2027 <br />construction due to tree removal needs. <br />• Wagner/Western Pathway <br />o Easement being negotiated with Ramsey County. <br />• 2026 Sewer Cleanina&Lining <br />o Awarded and start date TBD. <br />• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Building improvements to occur incoordination with the solar installation in 2026. <br />• Lift Stations <br />o Cohansey Lift Station upgrade awarded with start date TBD. <br />o Lift station assessmentto establish 10-yearworkplan has been received from <br />consultant and is under review by staff. The last major study was completed in 2014. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Additional signs are being placed around town. Some signs will be done incoordination <br />or after 2026 roadway construction projects. <br />• Willow Pond <br />o The dredging of Willow Pond is planned for the winter of 2026/27 or the summer of 2027, <br />depending on the contractor.
