A Council date isTBD. <br />• Rosebrook Park <br />o Parks will be removingthe existing southern parking lot, playground, and kiddie pool at <br />Rosebrook park soon, and putting in a new larger parking lot, splash pad, and <br />playground. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• Ramsey County <br />o County Road C 4:3 Conversion from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road and bridge <br />over railroad <br />Roadway scheduled for biddingthis spring and construction this summer/fall <br />and bridge construction in 2027. Utility work ahead of project is underway. <br />o Fairviewfrom Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B2 <br />Bids opened for resurfacing and signalwork, at County Road B and Gluek Lane. <br />Work can begin now, hard closure can't occur until June 11. Workto be <br />complete by State Fair. <br />o County Road D from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland Avenue <br />Design in process for2027 project to include resurfacing and construction of a <br />path on the south side. <br />o Victoria Street Path from County Road Cto Harriet Avenue <br />Design in process for2028 project. <br />Public Open House scheduled for May 20 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Roseville <br />Skating Center. <br />o Rice from Wheelock Parkway to County Road B <br />Design in process for2028 project. <br />o Larpenteur Corridor Study <br />RFP to be released soon for study of entire corridor. <br />• MnDOT <br />o SnellinaAvenue from TH 36 to Grey Fox Road <br />Construction underway. Expect lane closures and short-term closures of side <br />streets when there is work nearby. Anticipate two weekend directional closures <br />with detours. Construction to be complete by State Fair. <br />Resurfacing and road repairs also include new off -road pathwaywest of Snelling <br />Avenue from Lydia Avenueto Old Snelling and completion of sidewalk behind <br />Slumberland to the frontage road. <br />o TH 280 from Wabash Avenue in St. Paulto 135 W <br />Resurfacing and bridgework underway. 280 is closed both directions forthe full <br />highway length.
