33 and determine that no environmental impact statement (“EIS”) is necessary, reasonable or <br />34 warranted with respect to the Project under the circumstances; and <br />35 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make findings of fact and a record of decision that no <br />36 EIS is required with respect to the Project (“Negative Declaration”). <br />37 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City council does hereby: <br />38 1. Adopt and approve the findings of fact and record of decision for the Willow Pond <br />39 Maintenance environmental assessment worksheet in the form which is attached hereto as <br />40 Exhibit A and hereby makes the findings of fact and conclusions which are contained <br />41 therein; and <br />42 2.Find and determine that, based upon the findings of fact and record of decision, no <br />43 environmental impact statement is required for the Project pursuant to the Minnesota <br />44 Environmental Policy Act or Minnesota Rules, parts 4410.0200 to 4410.6500. <br />45 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , <br />46 and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: , , , <br />47 , and Mayor . <br />48 and the following voted against the same: . <br />49 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Qbhf!7!pg!669 <br /> <br />
