EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 9, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Thomas and the following were absent: Rog. Councilmember Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8587 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NOS. P-ST-87-12, P-ST-87-17, P-89-02 #5, P-89-02 #7, P-89-02 #8, P-89-02 #64, P-89-02 #67, P-89-03, P-89-04, M-P-89-07, M-89-08, ST-89-09, P-89-10, UL-89-11, P-SS-W-89-13, ST-89-15, and ST-89-19 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-ST-87-12 of the city of Roseville on all that property located on Chatsworth Street between Larpenteur Avenue and Roselawn Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-ST-87-17 of the City of Roseville on all that property located on Ruggles Avenue between Oxford Street and Aglen Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is $131,682.27, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $42,117.56 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $173,799.83, and of this cost the City will pay $130,321.91 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $43,477.92; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-89-02 #5 of the City of Roseville on all that property located on Wilder Street between County Road D and cul-de-sac and Mildred Drive between County Road D and Brenner Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-89-02 #7 of the City of Roseville on all that property located on Wheeler Street between County Road D and Lydia Avenue and Shorewood Curve between Wheeler Street and Shorewood Lane by the installation of bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter; and
