<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-02 #8 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />lying south of Lydia Avenue, north of County Road C-2, east of Fairview <br />Avenue, and west of Snelling Avenue by the installation of bituminous <br />paving and concrete curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-02 #64 of the City of Roseville on all that <br />property lying east of Lexington Avenue, west of victoria Street, south <br />of Roselawn Avenue, and north of Larpenteur Avenue by the installation <br />of bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-02 #67 of the City of Roseville on all that <br />property lying east of Alameda Street, west of Dale Street, south of <br />Eldridge Avenue, and north of Shryer Avenue by the installation of <br />bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$1,132,163.13, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the <br />making of said improvements amounts to $264,389.12 so that the total <br />cost of the improvements will be $1,396,552.25, and of this cost the <br />City will pay $937,876.29 as its share of the cost. The cost to be <br />specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $458,675.96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-03 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />located on Lydia Avenue between Fairview Avenue and Snelling Avenue by <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />sidewalk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$330,994.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of said improvements amounts to $70,081.03 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $401,075.03, and of this cost the city will pay <br />$292,582.38 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $108,492.65; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-04 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />located on Walnut Street between Highcrest Road and Rose Place by the <br />installation of bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$232,956.81, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $38,198.34 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $271,155.15, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$0 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $271,155.15; and <br />
