<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. UL-89-11 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />on Fernwood Court by the installation of an ornamental street light; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$1,968.20, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $300.94 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $2,269.14, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$0 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $2,269.14; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-SS-W-89-13 of the city of Roseville on all that property <br />located on County Road C-2 cul-de-sac west of Lexington Avenue by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary <br />sewer services, and watermain; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$69,821.10, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $26,199.12 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $96,020.22, and of this cost the city will pay <br />$0 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $96,020.22; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. ST-89-15 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />located on Mildred Drive south of County Road D by the installation of <br />storm sewer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$8,379.31, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $4,739.58 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $13,118.89, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$9,839.19 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $3,279.70; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. ST-89-19 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />lying east of Lexington Avenue, west of Aglen Street, south of Roma <br />Avenue, and north of Dionne Street by the installation of storm sewer; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$8,941.30, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $2,432.38 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $11,373.68, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$8,530.08 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $2,843.60. <br />
