<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. M-P-89-07 of the city of Roseville on all that property <br />located on Fernwood Avenue between Larpenteur Avenue and Garden Avenue <br />by the installation of traffic signal, bituminous paving, and concrete <br />curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$258,499.97, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $45,051.60 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $303,551.57, and of this cost the city will pay <br />$199,900.19 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $103,651.38; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. M-89-08 of the city of Roseville on all that property <br />located at Larpenteur Avenue at Dunlap Street by the installation of a <br />traffic signal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$21,296.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $3,074.56 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $24,370.56, and of this cost the city will pay <br />$0 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $24,370.56; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. ST-89-09 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />lying south of Lydia Avenue, north of county Road C-2, east of Fairview <br />Avenue, and west of Snelling Avenue by the installation of storm sewer; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$217,368.63, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $45,200.33 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $262,568.96, and of this cost the city will pay <br />$196,926.46 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $65,642.50; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-10 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />located on Rose Place west of Lexington Avenue by the installation of <br />bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$49,123.99, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $16,852.03 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $65,976.02, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$0 as its share of the cost.
