<br />VILLAGE 0 F ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, Friday, July 14, 196L <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and McGee. <br />Attorney Bell, Engineer Soutter and Village Clerk Turn1und were also <br />present, <br /> <br />McGee Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the minutes of the Council Meeting <br />of July 7, 1961 be accepted as presented. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (O)~ <br /> <br />Reinecke }1oved, Flanagan Seconded that the public hearing on the <br />Reiling request for rezoning of property located at County Road C and <br />Lexington Avenue from R-1 to R-2, and R-1 to SC be continued until the <br />meeting of JuJ.y~, 1961~ Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) ~ <br /> <br />-j <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that Resolution No~ 461, approving <br />plans of the Minnesota State Highway Department for T ~H. 35W be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (O)~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 461 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the <br />improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No & 394 renumbered as Trunk <br />Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits Qf the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />from 30.50u West of Cleveland Avenue to the North Corporate Limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of <br />Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as <br />S,P0 6284-22 (ToH~ 35W=394) and S~PQ 6284-27 (T.H. 35W=394) and dated <br />July 6, 19610 <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans as so dated, marked, labeled and <br />identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term ttsaid planstt as hereinafter used in the body of <br />this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and <br />incorporate the plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified <br />and described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans for the improvement <br />of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W <br />vTithin the limits of the Village of Rosevi11e be and the same hereby are <br />approvedc <br /> <br />BE IT F1JRTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in <br />said plans be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given <br />to any and all changes in grade occasiared by the construction of said <br />Tr1Ink Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W in accord~ <br />Mice with said plans. <br /> <br />8:00 P"Mo <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />REILING <br />REZONING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 461 - <br />APPROVAL OF <br />PLANS FOR <br />TRUNK HWY. <br />NO. 35W <br />
