No. 35W be adopted. <br />Roll Call~ Ayes (4) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 462 <br /> <br />WHEREAS THE Village of Roseville has approved the plans and <br />specifications for the improvement of that part of Trunk Highway <br />No.. 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35W within the corporate limits <br />of the Village of Roseville from 3050n West of Cleveland Avenue to the <br />North Corporate Limits, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the construction of <br />said Trunk Highway No.. 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35W, the <br />Bureau of Public Roads requires the assurance that the Village of <br />Roseville will not suffer arw encroachment of any nature or kind what- <br />soever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway No. 394 renumbered as <br />Trunk Highway No'!> 35W within the corporate limits of the said Village <br />of Roseville. <br /> <br />NOW 9 THEN ~ BE IT RESOLVED that said Village of Roseville does <br />hereby agree and covenant that it will never permit or suffer, within <br />corporate limits~ any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including <br />'::urb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards other structures of any kind <br />whatsoe'V"e:r:y upon the right of way of Trunk Highway No. 394 renumbered as <br />Tronk Highway No. 35W and to the above end said Village of Roseville <br />hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, pemit, or grant or <br />giV'8 any leave or liberty or any other consent of whatever fom for the <br />construc'tion or maintenance of any encroachment 't'lhatsoever, including <br />curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or other structures of any <br />kind wrJ8. tsoeV'ery upon said right of way; and that said Village of <br />RoseV'ille will cooperate insofar as possible to eliminate existing en- <br />croachments constituting traffic hazards and will further take any neces~ <br />sary ac:tion to eliminate any encroachment that may hereafter exist on <br />said trunk highway right of way. <br /> <br />COmmiSEd.oner Edward Delaney of' the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners <br />appeared and requested that the Village allow Ramsey County a sewer <br />permit for connection of the Ramsey County Bath House at McCarrons Lake <br />t.o the Village sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />Flanagan Movedjl McGee Seconded that the se"Ter permit be issued.
